Seller Initial Documents
- Seller's Disclosure - what you know about your home, seller's are required to give full disclosure to the best of their knowledge, this document is completed by the seller, signed, and dated. Buyers will review this document and sign and date. When listing it should be attached to the MLS listing for review by potential buyers.
- Addendum to Seller's Disclosure (Lead-based Paint) - if your home was built before 1978, then this addendum will need to be completed with the Seller's Disclosure.
